Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Best Deal Prima allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition and packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
– For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Best Deal Prima.
– Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above. Met all the requirements? What is the return process? / How do I return an online purchase?

To return an online purchase, you should get in touch with our Customer Service by email: primabestdeal@gmail.com and include the following details in your enquiry:

– Order Number,
– Name of the Item, and
– Reason for return
Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you’re writing in about!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  •  Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items (if applicable)

In the first words, we’re sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Therefore, let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team contact our Customer Service Team by email: primabestdeal@gmail.com with subject ‘Missing Item’,

‘Wrong Item’, or ‘Damaged / Expired Item’. Please also include the following details in your form:

– Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
– Name of Item
– Order Number

Cancellations or changes

Orders are automatically processed within 12 hours from time of order confirmation. Please contact us ASAP and within the following time period for cancellations and changes.

  • Your order may only be cancelled within 12 hours from time of order confirmation. And if there is any late requests, you must pay some incurred fees
  • Your changes to your order such as color change or size change are accepted if they are raised within 24 hours from time of order confirmation.
  • Order modification requests after 24 hours from time of order confirmation may not be accommodated.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
